About The Position

Introduction America is building again. Bridges, refineries, power plants, data centers, stadiums. If something large is going up in this country, there is a good chance a crane is involved. Bigge Crane and Rigging has been part of this country’s infrastructure story since 1916. Over that century, we have grown and reinvented ourselves at every major inflection point in the industry, from the machines we operate to the way we run the business. Today we operate the world’s largest bare rental fleet of rough terrain and lattice crawler cranes, with 1,700 machines working across the United States and 2,000 by the end of 2026. That same forward-looking instinct now extends to how we sell. Social selling is reshaping how industrial companies reach buyers, and Bigge intends to lead that shift within our industry. Job Overview Bigge’s marketing team is small by design. Everyone on it has real ownership, real visibility, and direct access to company leadership. You will not be managed by a committee or lost inside a department. You will know exactly what you are working on and why it matters. We are also in the middle of a deliberate transformation. AI is changing what great marketing looks like and how fast it can move. Bigge is already on the frontier of that shift within our industry, and we are building a team that stays there. This is a chance to grow inside that effort from the beginning. You do not need to have done every part of this job before. We need you to be genuinely strong in a few areas and honest and hungry about the rest. What we cannot teach is passion. If you are excited about heavy construction, about the scale of what gets built in this country, and about using modern tools to tell that story well, that is the foundation we are looking for. Requirements

Demonstrated skill in at least a few of the following: video editing for social media, graphic design, photography, AI content tools, AI image generation, short-form storytelling
Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification, fully covered by Bigge
Genuine enthusiasm to develop the skills you do not yet have
Passion for heavy construction, cranes, or the industrial world
Curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing and a drive to apply it practically
0 to 2 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media platforms
Collaborate closely with our social seller to develop and execute content that drives engagement
Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or comparable tools
Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve content quality, speed, and creativity
Continuously research emerging AI tools and stay current on what is newest and most effective in AI-assisted marketing, bringing relevant findings back to the team
Drive social content that supports recruiting and employer branding, helping Bigge attract top talent the same way we attract customers
Get into the field on active job sites to photograph and capture footage of world-class equipment doing work that most people never get to see up close
