About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports business-to-business marketing strategies by executing campaigns, managing lead generation efforts, producing content, and organizing events to drive sales growth. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong planning, quick problem solving and creativity. A key component of this role involves coordinating industry trade shows and events, ensuring that Stäubli is prominently represented.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Marketing and/or Event Planning
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow branding guidelines.
  • Be a self-starter and work under limited supervision.
  • Be a team player willing to assist where needed in all company disciplines.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving to resolve issues under time pressure.
  • Exhibit strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Internet Research, CRM.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in tradeshow and event management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Marketing Automation (Oracle Eloqua), and Adobe Photoshop, or other design programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing manager and sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the local B2B markets.
  • Assist in establishing measurable marketing goals and monitor performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and events, including booth design, logistics, and staffing.
  • Manage event calendars, registrations, and related budgets.
  • Work closely with sales reps, vendors and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Analyze event success and gather feedback to improve future events and complete post show analysis and reports.
  • Travel within the US to attend shows.
  • Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all marketing communication.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertisements.
  • Monitor online presence and engagement metrics to optimize strategy according to performance data.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the ECS sector.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to anticipate shifts in market dynamics.
  • Support lead generation efforts to drive sales, assist sales team in lead management & data quality in CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed.
