Look at us at www.summithandling.com We are seeking an organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys managing details, and takes pride in follow-through. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to ensure marketing efforts are launched on time, assets are organized, and key administrative tasks are handled consistently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in a marketing support or coordination role
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and systems to complete tasks independently
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
  • Able to take direction and manage recurring responsibilities without constant oversight
  • Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily administrative marketing tasks, including entering and assigning CRM leads and keeping shared schedules and trackers up to date
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and keep recurring activities, campaigns, and events on schedule
  • Schedule and deploy emails and automations using approved content
  • Publish social posts (primarily LinkedIn) and manage timing and consistency
  • Conduct outreach as part of the Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP), document feedback, and coordinate internal follow-up
  • Make routine updates to the website as content or business needs change
  • Responsible for writing, gathering content, formatting, and scheduling the employee newsletter to ensure consistent, on-time delivery
  • Track basic performance data using analytics tools and platform reporting
  • Keep marketing materials, assets, and reference documents organized
  • Assist with company swag and printed collateral as needed (packing, shipping, and restocking)
