About The Position

To provide marketing support for the Charlotte Division. Serve as co-owner of website, community presentation, signage and event planning.

Requirements

  • College degree in marketing or related field
  • 1 – 2 years office experience
  • Microsoft Office, Internet

Responsibilities

  • Manage all marketing activities including website maintenance, community presentation, special events and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure a consistent brand image for prospective home buyers.
  • Partner with leadership to adjust market strategies to remain competitive.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Analyze marketing efforts and report findings to team members.
  • Manage all community signage.
  • Order displays and Model Home furniture. Review selections based on demographics.
  • Manage vendors to ensure quality, cost control and timeliness.
  • Coordinate the photography and virtual tours of model homes and communities.
  • Attend and present when needed at weekly sales meeting.
  • Assist with market research reports and broker presentations as needed.
  • Administer and manage marketing budget expenditures.
