About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator provides day‑to‑day marketing support for the company and serves as a primary resource for internal teams. This role focuses on executing marketing materials, maintaining digital platforms, and supporting sales and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and website CMS (e.g., WordPress)

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily marketing support to internal teams
  • Assist with execution of brand campaigns and marketing materials
  • Manage and update the company website and social media accounts
  • Support the Sales team with CRM assistance and creation of presentations, proposals, and customer materials
  • Maintain marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and alignment with current offerings
  • Coordinate work with outside vendors for printing, digital services, and promotional items
  • Use AI tools to assist with content creation, process support, and basic data review
  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales materials
  • Track marketing activities and assist with basic reporting
  • Support digital marketing efforts such as SEO, paid ads, and social media
  • Assist with internal communications and announcements as needed
