About The Position

Compliance Management International (CMI) is a global provider of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) services helping organizations—from mid-sized companies to Fortune 500s—improve performance, reduce risk, and maintain regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Sales & Marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys working across digital marketing, content, events, and sales support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media
• Familiarity with WordPress and SEO fundamentals
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content using WordPress
• Support SEO and website optimization initiatives
• Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters (Constant Contact)
• Manage social media content and scheduling
• Assist with webinar coordination and marketing
• Support conference and trade show logistics
• Assist sales teams with proposals and RFP submissions
• Create marketing materials and graphics using Canva
