About The Position

South West Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is a trusted home services provider in the greater Seattle area seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence across digital, print, and local community channels. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, community involvement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and passionate about creating engaging content, coordinating local events, and fostering connections that reflect our company’s commitment to quality and service. The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination (home services experience a plus).
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital and print assets.
  • Basic video editing skills for short-form platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong understanding of social media and event marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube Shorts, ensuring posts are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Email Marketing: Build and execute email campaigns — including drip sequences and one-time sends — through ServiceTitan to boost engagement, leads, and customer retention.
  • Content Creation: Capture, curate, and edit photos, videos, and customer stories to enhance digital storytelling and visual branding.
  • Event Marketing: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing events such as community fairs, trade shows, sponsorship activations, and home expos.
  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and on-site brand representation.
  • Partner with vendors, chambers of commerce, and local organizations to maximize brand visibility.
  • Community Engagement: Support local partnerships, charity initiatives, and sponsorship opportunities that strengthen community ties and promote positive brand perception.
  • Campaign Coordination: Maintain a monthly marketing calendar that integrates social, email, and event initiatives to align with company goals and seasonal promotions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of campaigns, social content, and events; analyze metrics to identify insights and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments and agency partners to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all channels.
