WeVideo is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of all sizes, and educational institutions. We have a current opening for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our growth marketing initiatives by creating compelling content, designing on-brand visual assets, and executing social media strategies that engage and grow our audience. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to both strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Develop and write content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Support the creation of messaging and copy for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer success) to gather insights and translate them into impactful marketing assets.
  • Design marketing collateral including social graphics, landing pages, email templates, and event materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns alongside the Sr. Director of Demand Generation.
  • Manage day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Facebook).
  • Support social content planning, including brainstorming, drafting captions, coordinating assets, and identifying engagement opportunities.
  • Track platform performance and assist with reporting and optimization recommendations.
  • Assist with executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Help manage project timelines, creative production workflows, and interdepartmental communication.
  • Support event marketing, webinars, and partnerships as needed.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or related roles, preferable within B2B SaaS and/or eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with CMS, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
