Horizon Health Corporation is currently hiring for a (remote) Business Development Representative (DBR). The Business Development Representative (BDR) identifies and cultivates new opportunities within the behavioral health market to drive organizational growth for Mental Health Outcomes (MHO). This role will focus on prospecting potential clients through cold calls, targeted emails and LinkedIn outreach, setting meetings between prospective clients and Vice Presidents of Sales, and developing data driven prospecting plans using Salesforce, HubSpot, Definitive Healthcare, and other research tools. The representative will be expected to maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet lead generation goals to expand the company’s growth. Key Highlights of the Role: Strategic Impact: You'll lead efforts to research, identify, and secure new business with target organizations. Dynamic Work Environment: This position will work remotely anywhere within the US. Full-Time Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with occasional evenings/weekends as needed. Collaborative Tools: You’ll use modern office tools—computers, phones, copiers, and more—to support your success.
