We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communication activities for our St. Luke's Health Plan. Under limited supervision, serves as the marketing partner for identified internal stakeholders, managing marketing projects and special projects approved by marketing leadership. This role serves as the strategic partner for stakeholders, coordinating with internal/external teams to meet identified and approved needs for the organization. What You Can Expect Understands top level business functions and advises partners on marketing best practices to help meet identified objectives. Develops and manages projects from inception to completion by working with the extended team. May act as lead for general marketing, market research, brand management, advertising and/or promotion projects with both internal and external partners. Works with others on the team to create regular project management reports to keep stakeholders informed and involved. Acts as a resource for colleagues. Solves complex issues and problems. Sets measurable goals and deadlines. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Four (4) years' relevant experience
