About The Position

DSG is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Creative Services Team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by managing project requests, coordinating with sales, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering timely, high-quality marketing materials and communications. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate across all areas of the marketing department to provide cross-team support during peak periods and demand surges, helping maintain momentum on priority initiatives and ensuring alignment with DSGs strategic goals. Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a sales, marketing, or business related field OR 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Attention to detail and superior organization is a must
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive in nature
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure, comfortable in a fast-paced high growth environment
• Excellent time management skills
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work

Responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming marketing requests from the sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service as a liaison between sales and marketing, maintaining clear communication and alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Collaborate across marketing disciplines during high-volume cycles, flexing capacity to assist with overflow in areas like vendor programs, customer campaigns, digital marketing, promotions and events.
• Maintain and update marketing materials inventory, coordinating creation of new assets as needed.
• Manage and support the DSG Brand Store, ensuring a seamless experience for employee owners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables, following DSGs guidelines and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of DSGs marketing and sales initiatives.
