The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in keeping SEH’s marketing efforts organized, consistent, and moving forward – connecting people, processes, and deliverables to support effective execution. This role supports conferences and events, maintains marketing systems and data, and coordinates client-facing materials to ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with SEH’s brand and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail oriented, collaborative, and interested in growing their skills across marketing operations and content coordination. Working across marketing and technical teams, you’ll support day-to-day marketing activities by keeping timelines on track, information organized, and materials accurate. You’ll gain hands-on experience across marketing operations within a collaborative, remote environment that values reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
