The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in keeping SEH’s marketing efforts organized, consistent, and moving forward – connecting people, processes, and deliverables to support effective execution. This role supports conferences and events, maintains marketing systems and data, and coordinates client-facing materials to ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with SEH’s brand and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail oriented, collaborative, and interested in growing their skills across marketing operations and content coordination. Working across marketing and technical teams, you’ll support day-to-day marketing activities by keeping timelines on track, information organized, and materials accurate. You’ll gain hands-on experience across marketing operations within a collaborative, remote environment that values reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting projects, events, or administrative workflows in a professional environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow established processes.
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, Teams, file management tools).
  • Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across remote teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates located in AZ, CO, FL, or TX.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a business-related field.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud/InDesign.
  • Experience with digital tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Aprimo).
  • Experience working in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of marketing-related conferences, events, and sponsorships.
  • Track sponsorship benefits and support internal teams in fully utilizing available opportunities.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and logistics across assigned marketing activities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support organization, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems and data (e.g., CRM, file management tools).
  • Assist with digital asset management (DAM), including file organization, tagging, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support employee resume setups and updates using established templates and tools.
  • Assist with formatting, quality control, and brand consistency across marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support development of marketing content using established templates and processes.
  • Assist with award submittals and project-related content coordination.
  • Utilize AI powered tools to support content development and improve efficiency.
  • Provide general coordination and support across marketing initiatives as needed.
