Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is an advanced individual contributor role responsible for coordinating and executing marketing programs that drive brand engagement and revenue growth , monitoring online reputation, along with coordinating internal communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates with various members of the marketing team, cross-functional department leads with strong communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and marketing automation tools a plus.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Online Presence Monitoring: Track, document and respond to all online reviews for 75+ national locations. Escalate critical feedback to internal teams and track customer sentiment themes on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Internal Communications : Lead the content schedule and production of internal communications such as monthly newsletter and content posts on our intranet portal. Serve as the main Marketing contact for internal marketing creative asks; ensuring full brief details are captured and communicating timelines/feedback.
  • Marketing Operations: Maintain marketing calendars, organize files, support internal tools, QA digital campaigns pre and post launch. Prepare creative materials for review, create promotional recap decks and weekly meeting summaries.
  • Digital Marketing : Assist with profile audits and edits to ensure all location information is accurate and branding is up to date.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist Channel Owners with compiling and analyzing campaign and social media performance data, prepare report templates
  • Administrative Support: Monitor marketing inboxes and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
