We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator that is looking for a company where they can learn, grow and help to expand our reach of extraordinary client service. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development of interview presentations, responses to RFQs and RFPs, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities while working under multiple deadlines. The position requires strong writing and design skills. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating unique and professional marketing materials necessary for various types of business development and marketing requests. Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or Graphic Design from an accredited college or university is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or administrative role in a fast-paced, corporate environment (preferably in the architecture, engineering or construction industry).
  • A positive attitude, and the ability to be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics and content for various marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the development of interview materials including presentations, interview books, and handouts.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials requested for qualification packages and proposals.
  • Clearly communicate with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with producing industry award submissions.
  • Assist with updating marketing templates including resumes, project sheets, proposal materials, reference sheets, etc.
  • Assist with photography for events, completed projects, employee headshots and stock photos.
  • Coordinate content for social media.
  • Assist with internal and external event planning.
  • Assist with rand branded merchandise.
  • Maintain calendar of industry organization events and assist with registrations, memberships and sponsorships.
  • Assist with strategic market research activities to inform our marketing approach.
  • Assist marketing team with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain rand’s corporate brand standards across all deliverables.
