Requirements

  • Naturally creative with a strong eye for branding and storytelling
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn and improve
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital communications
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO fundamentals, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, brand-consistent content
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Write engaging, brand-aligned copy and support visual content creation (graphics, short-form video)
  • Actively manage inbound and outbound engagement to grow audience and strengthen brand presence
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content and campaigns
  • Support execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels
  • Maintain and manage the marketing calendar to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on campaigns and deliverables
  • Assist with copywriting, light design, and development of marketing materials
  • Support email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation workflows
  • Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and data accuracy
  • Monitor campaign performance and support testing and optimization
  • Contribute to website updates and basic SEO improvements
