About The Position

COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator – In Field to support day-to-day marketing initiatives both at events and on active job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, capturing real-time content, coordinating moving pieces, and helping bring the brand to life across multiple channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate across departments and with external partners to support lead generation, strengthen brand presence, and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs in the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and comfort representing the company in the field and at events
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, print campaigns, and email promotions
  • Experience with photography, videography, and tools like Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience working with vendors and coordinating external partnerships
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing performance
  • Creative thinker with an eye for compelling content and brand storytelling

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining company image and messaging across organic social media platforms
  • Serve as the point of contact for coordinating customer photo shoots and video testimonials
  • Travel to job sites across Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo to capture photos and videos of active projects for marketing use
  • Maintain a weekly log of 3–4 projects, ensuring consistent field content collection
  • Upload and organize all raw photography and video content to the company’s shared marketing platform for team access
  • Support graphic design needs, including social media posts, direct mail pieces, and promotional materials
  • Conduct research on competitors across digital and traditional channels to help inform marketing strategy
  • Manage relationships with external vendors such as print companies, including tracking orders, costs, and inventory
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating off-site events across all markets
  • Support event setup and internal coordination efforts in Rochester and Buffalo
  • Assist with outreach and coordination of sports sponsorship opportunities
  • Help plan and execute internal company events
  • Support review generation efforts both in the field and online
  • Respond to customer reviews and communicate feedback to Sales, Service, and Operations leadership
  • Perform additional marketing-related duties as needed
