Primary Function The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-day-development and performance monitoring of multiple digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to email campaigns (both transactional and marketing), personalized video development, landing page management, and segmentation and strategic planning across ten brands. Collaborate closely with the Customer Communication and Experience Strategy team, servicing teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role also plays a key part in supporting broader campaign operations and strategy, aligning with team's primary goal of optimizing engagement, improving homeowner experience, and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance the brand's reputation.
