Maintains, monitors and coordinates the usage of marketing materials to ensure all mobile units and branch locations (donor centers) have essential marketing and incentives items to support blood donations. This includes donation incentives and other various marketing materials. Responsibilities also include safeguarding unused marketing incentives / items while build and maintaining strong working relationships with internal partners to facilitate marketing success. Coordinates, distributes and monitors marketing and promotional materials to both mobile units and branch locations based on current inventory levels verses projected demand in Collection Area(s). Creates tracking sheets, and labels to track and distribute inventory; communicates with team members as needed to ensure successful implementation. Coordinates specialized Marketing incentives for various programs to help incentivize donations; monitors outcomes, tracks results and communicates issues and resolution to the Manager of Donor Engagement. Provides proper inventory controls to ensure marketing materials are accurately accounted for, securely stored, and tracked when issued to prevent loss Generates reports and analyzes data utilizing the material usage database to identify trends and possible problem areas. Conducts onsite visits to audit high-value materials and confirm inventory controls.
