About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones, helping shape the brand presence and customer experience. This role collaborates across departments to ensure cohesive communication and contributes to both traditional and digital marketing initiatives that impact overall business growth. HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Support the development of media communication plans and liaise with media outlets and agencies as needed. Coordinate with General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing for media communication. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for innovative marketing initiatives. Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Collaborate on the creation of multimedia content, including presentations, posters, signage, and other collateral. Organize and participate in trade shows, sales blitzes, and other promotional events. Maintain relationships with local civic groups, businesses, and community organizations. Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content to ensure engagement and growth. Other duties as assigned.

  • 1 year of marketing experience preferred, preferably within the hospitality industry, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in campaign coordination, social media management, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in design programs such as Canva and multi-platform social media scheduling programs.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, market research, and community engagement initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with professional photography equipment preferred.
