About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports and helps scale Allied Electric’s marketing efforts during a period of rapid growth. This hands-on role is responsible for content creation, social media management, recruiting marketing support, website updates, company events, and coordination with external vendors. The Marketing Coordinator plays a visible role in shaping Allied’s brand by turning moments in the field and at company events into compelling stories that reinforce pride, professionalism, and growth.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Comfortable working on jobsites and interacting with field teams.
  • Basic photo and video editing experience (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Content and Brand Execution Capture photo and video content on jobsites, at company events, and in the office.
  • Edit short-form photo and video content for social media, recruiting, and internal communications.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all platforms.
  • Build and maintain a centralized content and asset library.
  • Social Media & Outbound Presence Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • Write captions and short-form copy aligned with company messaging and culture.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance and reach.
  • Recruiting Marketing Support Create recruiting-focused content for electricians, project managers, and leadership roles.
  • Support hiring campaigns with targeted content and paid social efforts as needed.
  • Partner with HR to highlight career paths, company culture, and growth opportunities.
  • Website & Marketing Materials Maintain and update website content, pages, and visuals.
  • Coordinate with external designers and contractors to produce polished marketing assets.
  • Support proposal decks, interview presentations, and company capability statements.
  • Company Events & Internal Brand Support planning and execution of company events that reinforce culture, values, and employee pride.
  • Own event branding, messaging, run-of-show planning, and content capture.
  • Create pre-event, live-event, and post-event communications.
  • Transform company events into internal and external storytelling assets.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to execute events while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Project & Vendor Coordination Manage timelines for marketing initiatives and events.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external marketing and design vendors.
  • Ensure marketing materials remain current and aligned with company growth
