ProScape Lawn & Landscape is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our work, people, and culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on-capturing content in the field, telling stories through photos and video, and supporting recruiting and marketing efforts. If you enjoy a mix of creativity, field work, and collaboration, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

• Strong photography and video skills
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling
• Comfortable working in the field with crews and interacting with clients and leadership

Responsibilities

• Capture photos and video of projects, crews, and company activities
• Document before-and-after transformations and project progress
• Edit video content for social media and marketing use
• Build and maintain a library of marketing content
• Post and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create recruiting posts and hiring campaigns
• Highlight team members, projects, and company culture
• Help maintain a consistent and engaging online presence
• Assist with setup and coordination of client and industry events
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and visuals
• Capture content at events and networking opportunities
• Help organize and promote team events and celebrations
• Capture and share internal culture content
• Support company branding and messaging initiatives
• Maintain consistent branding across all content
• Assist with website updates and marketing materials
• Coordinate with marketing leadership and vendors as needed
