As the Marketing Coordinator at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company. System Pavers has a fantastic and dedicated team focused on helping our customer make memories with the friends and family. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role and qualified applicants must be able to work in the U.S. legally without requiring a work visa. This is a full-time, remote position. Hourly compensation between $21.50 to $26.44 DOE with health, dental, vision, life benefits & 401K. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital acquisition, lead generation, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or working knowledge of other reporting tools, such as GA4 or DOMO
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management, performance tracking, and optimization of lead generation partners
  • Evaluate and test new partnership opportunities, including onboarding, account setup, and pilot execution
  • Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Manage and maintain business listings across various platforms (e.g. Google Business Profile, Yelp, Chatmeter)
  • Lead referral marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution, alignment, and delivery
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, detailing insights and key KPI’s
  • Create and update procedure manuals/SOPs as needed
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and operational projects as assigned
