Quinn Evans has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will support our practice-driven marketing and business development functions. The position can be located in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, graphics savvy, and has strong written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or another related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or business development experience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teams
• Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM / relational database platforms and digital asset management systems (experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset a plus)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications, proposal packages, and presentations
• Support proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documents
• Maintenance and management of marketing information and systems, including, but not limited to: Collateral and templates Marketing content (i.e. project descriptions, resumes, and text library) CRM database – data gathering and input Digital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materials
• Conduct marketing research and lead searching
• Assist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media efforts
• Support development and submission of awards entries
• Support and partake in networking and business development efforts
