As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Entry-level; 0-2years prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products preferred (or willingness to learn).
  • Aptitude to learn Yardi Property Management System (PMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products preferred (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

  • Website & Digital Listings Management: Update content on company website, Internet Listing Services (ILS), and web directories, including photography, move-in specials, written copy, and SEO optimization.
  • Content Audits & Photography Management: Perform audits on websites, social media, and paid advertising platforms including editing and cataloging new photography and virtual tours; resize images for various uses, manage file organization, auditing / inputting / updating fee transparency-related content.
  • Content Creation & Communication: Send periodic resident email campaigns and create quarterly Marketing and Learning and Development newsletters.
  • Production & Design: Create repository for existing collateral files, manage brochure and collateral files within Canva and catalog interior design finishes.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage incoming messages, comments, and mentions across all social platforms using Sprout Social and manage Meta Ads invoices.
  • Training & Administrative Support: Track new hires and promotions to assign training courses and support daily administrative tasks for the department.
