About The Position

Are you a creative sales-minded, strategy-driven individual with a passion for marketing and a genuine interest in communicating with clients daily? We are seeking a strong Strategic Marketing & Development Coordinator whose job is to grow a sales pipeline by creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and setting appointments for The Legacy Retirement Group near Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superb marketing and analytical skills. We are seeking an individual who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities. A sharp phone presence with excellent listening skills, a love for the phones and the ability to build a rapport with our prospects and clients are a must. We’re looking for a go-getter that is great at asking in-depth questions and getting our prospects engaged! This individual will execute email marketing, lead nurturing, direct mail, coordinate speaking engagements, and other marketing activities in an integrated fashion that results in a larger overall sales funnel of high-quality prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Desire to work long-term in the financial industry
  • 1+ years’ experience in marketing or sales (industry experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, CapCut and ability to learn new software
  • Strong online and offline marketing skills, including social media and email marketing
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience with Redtail CRM
  • Graphic Design skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate regularly with the Advisor to ensure marketing efforts achieve desired results.
  • Coordinate, attend, and support logistics for seminars and client events, including creating PowerPoint presentations and collecting/analyzing feedback.
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day marketing activities, including email and digital campaigns, graphic design, video editing, and content uploads to the firm’s website and social media.
  • Manage and respond to incoming communications via social media and online appointment platforms.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects by phone and other channels (no cold calling), nurture leads through CRM-driven email drip campaigns, and coordinate first-visit logistics to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of marketing materials and resources.
  • Confidently communicate the firm’s mission, services, and value to prospects and clients, serving as the energetic face and voice of the company.
  • Gather, track, and analyze data, prepare reports for various marketing and analysis projects, and present key performance metrics and actionable insights to leadership.
