About The Position

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with our practice teams to make sure they have the tools and support they need to grow, while also helping shape and strengthen the VetCare brand. From digital campaigns to community initiatives, you’ll get exposure to a little bit of everything, and the opportunity to take ownership of everything from data analysis to creative projects along the way. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in building our digital presence, supporting our clinics, and telling our story in a way that resonates.

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, business or a combination of related education and professional experience.
  • Minimum one year of Marketing experience.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with proven organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the medical or veterinary field is an asset, but not required.
  • experience with AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: You’ll plan and execute campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads and social media. This includes optimizing keywords, tracking performance, managing budgets, and improving SEO (bonus points if you have experience with AI tools).
  • Website & Practice Support: You’ll build, update, and maintain our practice websites, and create marketing materials like flyers, signage, and promotions to support our clinics day-to-day.
  • Creative & Content: From social media calendars to email newsletters, videos, and campaigns, you’ll help create engaging content across a wide mix of channels. If you enjoy variety, this role has plenty of it.
  • Communication: You’ll support the Marketing Communications Manager on both internal and external communications, helping ensure everything we share is clear, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Tradeshow Support: You’ll assist with organizing events and managing swag.
