Genesys Works is a nonprofit organization that trains and employs high school seniors to perform professional services for major corporations. Our mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful internships, and impactful relationships. The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Genesys Works Houstons marketing, communications, and internal culture initiatives. This role plays a key operational and creative support function across digital communications, internal engagement, content production, and cross-departmental collaboration. The Marketing Coordinator will ensure that external messaging remains consistent and compelling while also strengthening internal communication systems that promote clarity, engagement, and organizational culture. The Senior Manager will benefit from this role through a dedicated focus on strengthening external storytelling, elevating corporate partner visibility, and amplifying alumni narratives that support corporate engagement and revenue growth. By increasing brand clarity and showcasing measurable impact, the Marketing Coordinator helps deepen partnerships and expand internship seat opportunities for students. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into action.
