About The Position

Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC), an employee‑owned company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its Sales and Marketing team. This role provides marketing and communications support to assist sales and estimating efforts, with a focus on driving revenue growth and strengthening brand awareness. The position supports all marketing initiatives across the Commercial Contracting Group family of companies. This full time exempt position requires a self-starter who is dynamic, active and responsive to both internal and external client needs. No two days will look alike, so be ready for some variety . The successful candidate will support our team by creating qualifications, proposals, presentations, website materials, social media posts , and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphics Design, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
  • Experience – Minimum 2 years of marketing, advertising, graphics design, social media experience with a portfolio of work to show is preferred.
  • Proven ability to balance long term goals and objectives while prioritizing multiple stakeholder requests to meet day-to-day deadlines for proposals, ad copy, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Typical programs used on a weekly basis will include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong written communication skills, creative ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong social skills to interact with clients, suppliers and company, professionally and positively.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with online email marketing platforms is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, organize, compose and manage qualifications, proposals and presentations
  • Manage the awards application process by gathering materials and creating submittals
  • Assist with b rand management by designing /creating and continually updating the firms ’ website, social media, brochures, presentations, newsletters, press releases, PR campaigns, corporate documentation, videos,
  • Create graphics for advertisements, company functions, trade shows and events
  • Support and organize customer relationship programs including, but not limited to , customer satisfaction surveys, client events/parties, trade shows
  • Use and maintain Customer Relationship Management System
  • Stay current in the business by joining industry related professional groups and conduct market research to support our efforts to “Win” work
