About The Position

Dewberry is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our West Region Marketing team! This hybrid position is based in Denver, CO, at 990 South Broadway Suite 400 . Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role within our West Marketing Team, supporting local offices in marketing efforts, and collaborating regularly with colleagues. Requirements

  • 3 y ears' experience producing AEC industry proposals.
  • BA or BS in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred .
  • Must have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) database experience is also desired.
  • Ability to work within InDesign templates and comply with our corporate brand standards.
  • Ability to manage time appropriately.
  • The ideal candidate m ust have the flexibility to work overtime as necessary to meet business requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the proposal process through the support and creation of SOQs and proposal.
  • Review RFQs/RFPs and develop detailed outlines and schedules to thoroughly respond to client requirements .
  • Develop and produce compelling proposal layouts.
  • Establish and maintai n proposal schedules and compliance checklists.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with project managers and technical staff to verify proposal content, meet quality standards, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Review, write , and edit non-technical content by partnering with technical staff to draft project descriptions, and staff bios .
  • Coordinat e with sub- consultant firms for teaming arrangements and gathering marketing materials.
  • Facilitate print/electronic production process for timely submission of proposals .
  • Assist with the development of interview presentations and associated graphics .
  • Maintain and update information in the customer relationship management (CRM) database ( e.g. Deltek Vision) on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain and update the marketing library, including master resumes, project descriptions, and various writing resources.
