About The Position
At Ninetynine Dreams, we are on the lookout for a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to spearhead our organic social strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, RedBook, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these platforms and an expert grasp of Gen Z culture, enabling them to identify and capitalize on trends in authentic ways. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with the company's objectives, ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to produce compelling visual and written content. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring that engaging content is posted daily. Video editing will be a key component of your responsibilities, as you will need to promote our products creatively and engagingly. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Analyzing campaign results will be crucial to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary. Building relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors will also be part of your role, as you will send PR packages and collaborate with them to create content that promotes our brand. Monitoring and maintaining our social media presence, responding to customer inquiries, and overseeing the implementation of the monthly editorial calendar will round out your responsibilities.
