About The Position

Royal Truck & Equipment is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Our company has been a leader in the traffic safety industry for more than two decades, with a focus on building crash attenuator trucks (TMA trucks) that are used in highway construction to protect crews in work zones.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prior work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Associate, or similar role
  • Internship experience in lieu of working experience will be considered - new grads may apply!
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and methods
  • Experience with competitive and market research
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including grammar and proofreading
  • Solid organizational skills and able to work both independently and as part of a group
  • Proven track record of working within timeframes and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and paid advertising is a plus
  • Experience using CRM (customer relationship management) software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Write content for all marketing mediums including web, social, press, email, and print
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Gather data and prepare reports related to campaign performance
  • Participate in the planning and execution of video shoots and photoshoots
  • Manage the company's social media presence, posting to LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Perform industry and competitive market research
  • Conduct SEO (search engine optimization) research
  • Assist with the planning and organizing for internal and external events including tradeshows, conferences, speaking engagements, and customer presentations
  • Identify, evaluate, and process all inbound leads generated through marketing channels by updating contact and account records in the CRM, and then assigning qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Assist with aggregating product information and media assets needed for marketing materials
  • Maintain and update digital asset data (keywords, descriptions, etc.) in the digital asset management system (DAM)
  • Provide general administrative support for marketing and sales functions as needed
  • Occasional travel may be required as part of the role
