About The Position

We are the North American division of world-renowned Metrohm AG (Herisau, Switzerland), an industry leader in laboratory instruments and accessories for analytical testing and research. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Riverview, FL. This is an office-based position and ideal candidates will live within a commutable distance of our location. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our efforts in lead management, data integrity, and customer engagement run smoothly and effectively. This role is much more than administrative—you will be a key player in delivering impactful marketing strategies that directly influence the business. You'll collaborate with a range of departments, ensuring the seamless flow of information and materials while helping to keep our marketing efforts organized and on point. In this role, you will be responsible for lead and invoice management, customer engagement, email marketing, and event support. You will own the process of assigning, processing, and preparing incoming leads for the sales team, ensuring they have the right information at their fingertips to close deals. You will dive into Excel and Dynamics CRM, updating and filling in crucial lead data that informs decision-making across the company. Your attention to detail will ensure marketing invoices are accurately processed, charged, and recorded, maintaining organized records for seamless budget management and approvals. You will also manage the literature fulfillment process, ensuring that our sales and service teams—and our customers—always have the right materials, from branded swag to essential product literature. Additionally, you will assist in creating and executing compelling email campaigns that connect with customers, prospects, and colleagues, using metrics to constantly refine and improve outreach. Your role will also involve supporting the organization and execution of impactful events, from trade shows to customer seminars, handling everything from pre-event promotions to post-event follow-up.
