About The Position

Anova is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities, including event logistics, campaign coordination, and vendor communication. This role is critical to helping the team deliver high-impact marketing programs that drive awareness and lead generation across our industrial customer base. You'll play a key role in organizing marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering campaigns, events, and collateral. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and webinars, including registration, shipments, and travel.
  • Manage pre-event checklists, booth materials, and promotional giveaways.
  • Support post-event lead processing and follow-up coordination.
  • Help execute digital and print ad campaigns by managing timelines, content trafficking, and deliverables.
  • Maintain an advertising calendar and ensure creative is delivered on time.
  • Track campaign metrics and compile performance summaries for review.
  • Support customer list updates and basic segmentation in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Assist in publishing content to the website and monitoring for accuracy.
  • Help maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate internal communications.
