Architerra Design Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. With over 33 years of experience in landscape architecture, our firm has developed a diverse portfolio that includes award-winning streetscapes, parks, open spaces, and custom residential projects. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in guiding, crafting, and managing proposals from inception to submission. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage proposal resources, including resumes and project experience summaries, while also coordinating marketing collateral and events such as conferences and trade shows. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and superior editorial abilities. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and MS Office 365 is essential. Experience in marketing within the engineering, architecture, or construction sectors is highly desirable, especially in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and statements of qualifications (SOQs). Graphic design skills will be considered a significant advantage. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting project kick-off meetings, researching and gathering proposal materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in proposal submissions, and monitoring lead services for relevant information. You will also lead the editing and customization of professional and technical staff resumes, coordinate events, and produce marketing collateral.
