The Marketing Coordinator at Parkhill-Smith & Cooper Inc. plays a crucial role in enhancing lives and inspiring communities through effective marketing strategies. This position involves collaborating with various teams to oversee multiple projects, manage proposal responsibilities, and support marketing campaigns using both digital and print solutions.   • Leads and facilitates proposal development and production
  • Writes non-technical text; edits grammar, style, and content
  • Provides peer QA/QC reviews for proposals
  • Collaborates with firm leadership, subject matter experts (SME), and marketing team members
  • Coordinates and develops various marketing content to support firm leadership and SMEs
  • Ensures content is comprehensive, consistent, compelling, and client-specific
  • Participates in opportunity identification and tracking activities
  • Assists with general marketing duties including internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, presentations, etc.
  • Coordinates Trade Shows and events
  • Assembles qualification packages (RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications)
  • Assists with CRM database input with leads, opportunities, and client contacts
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications, English, or other related discipline
  • Proposal development & coordination experience, preferred
  • Proficiency in production software including Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and Bluebeam Revu
  • Exudes a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented focus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-manage tasks from start to finish
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Ability to understand, initiate, write, and edit documents on complex topics
