The Trial Onboarding & Lifecycle team leads efforts to activate, engage, and retain new SiriusXM customers via new vehicle, or standalone streaming purchase. This role will work across the team to help manage and analyze efforts to drive immediate content engagement and long-term subscriber growth. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience and learn across areas of content, lifecycle, and product marketing.

Requirements

  • Must be a recent graduate from of an accredited HBCU (Within the last 2 years, or expected to graduate by June 2025).
  • Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong ability to execute business initiatives & projects on a timely basis with an eye towards quality and accuracy.
  • Must be able to communicate/interact effectively with all levels of management & partners while operating in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, public speaking, presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a matrixed team environment.
  • Take initiative, deliver and follow through on projects to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Trial Onboarding & Lifecycle team to develop new creative concepts and customer journey tactics to promote content engagement and conversion consideration through behavior-based personalization.
  • Optimize 1:1 personalization with team leads by utilizing listening data, observing user behaviors, and feature engagement to customize marketing touchpoints and journeys.
  • Understand and digest data to make informed decisions on new creative and customer journey strategies.
  • Support in project management - coordinate, track and organize multi-channel campaign needs throughout project lifecycle.
  • Update & review campaign reporting dashboards for marketing campaigns and tests.
  • Analyze and summarize campaign data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Present findings to team leads, for use in cross-department meetings where results and recommendations will be discussed.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs to bring campaign strategy and vision to life.
