About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the Marketing Department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, projects, and strategic initiatives. This role will assist in developing content, coordinating events, and managing lead and customer databases to help strengthen the company’s communication with its target audiences. Responsibilities also include gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making, assisting in product development tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of marketing activities across different business strategies. This position requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with other departments to support ongoing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and growth. This position may be performed on-site or remotely, based on prior agreement with the Marketing Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and email marketing).
  • Create, edit, and update content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the corporate website.
  • Gather and analyze campaign data, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Support market research activities for product development.
  • Update and maintain databases of contacts, leads, clients, and new prospects.
  • Support segmentation and personalization strategies for targeted campaigns.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with logistics for marketing-related events, conventions, and other corporate activities.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Support in the development of marketing materials such as flyers, inserts, and internal communications.
  • Assist in updating the product catalog.
  • Follow up on tasks related to product development.
  • Manage and track leads in CRM tools to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist in tracking and ensuring the completion of tasks related to company strategies such as the residential market, E-Rate, and wholesale.
