We are seeking a visually-driven Marketing Coordinator skilled in graphic design and video editing using the Adobe Creative Suite. We need someone who will help support our companies’ aggressive growth plans. Our next Marketing Coordinator will work with every division within our dealer group to promote our company brands and product lines, strengthen customer relationships through effective event planning, and coordinate strategic marketing campaigns with every level of management. This individual will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks:

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related field preferred
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Designing and producing marketing materials (ex., brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, online videos, internal and external signage for dealerships, etc.)
  • Developing and maintaining brand guidelines
  • Oversee the online marketing of our commercial vehicles
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns
  • Leverage mass communication platforms such as Constant Contact
  • Plan small to large customer or employee engagement events
  • Improve our online SEO rankings
  • Preparing social media schedules with mass communication platforms
  • Administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned
