About The Position

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children's Soccer program in the country. Why? Aside from the incredible curriculum, leadership, and passion, we only hire the best instructors to work with our children. It's imperative that you not only enjoy working with children, but you also have outstanding soccer experience and are incredibly passionate about spreading the love of the sport. We want our Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of each child's week-as we strive to develop basic soccer skills, teamwork and healthy lifestyles in each of our children. Soccer Shots Kalamazoo is searching for a Full-Time FUN ambassador to join in a HYBRID role. Part of your role will be coaching 15-20 hours per week during the season, and the other part will be coordinating marketing efforts for all locations in our territories! We coach in daycares, and at parks or indoor locations, year-round during mornings and afternoons, Monday through Saturday. Marketing includes email campaigns, social media, flyers and posters, and other local marketing efforts. We provide training, apparel, equipment, and all curriculum materials. You must hold a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
A successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
