We're looking for a versatile, client-facing marketer who thrives on variety and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to help financial advisors build their brands and grow their practices. In this role, you'll be the marketing partner for our advisors, supporting them through two key phases: onboarding (launching their independent practice with a strong marketing foundation) and ongoing marketing support (helping them execute content calendars, social media strategies, and lead generation campaigns). This is a hands-on role for someone with a well-rounded skillset, including email marketing, social media, graphic design, blogging, website development, SEO/AEO, and collateral creation. You'll work directly with advisors to understand their needs, develop strategies, and execute marketing initiatives that help them succeed. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who's comfortable adapting in a growth environment. This is a new role, and responsibilities will evolve as you grow with the team—starting as a generalist during onboarding and potentially specializing to support our Onboarding or Prime Partners teams down the road.
