About The Position

The Marketing Consultant, Broker Engagement is responsible for actively monitoring industry trends and regulatory developments shaping employer-sponsored health care and using those insights to develop content strategies for broker and channel partner events and engagements. This position is part of the Business and Member Marketing team, which is accountable for growth marketing to channel partners and customers that drive new sales, retention and existing account penetration within commercial groups. This senior individual contributor is primarily responsible for leading and driving the development and execution of integrated marketing communications programs and strategies and leading and conducting complex market data collection and synthesis.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field.
  • Minimum eight (8) years experience in marketing, communications, or a directly related field.
  • Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

  • Defines scope of vendor contracts and manages vendor relationships.
