About The Position

The In House Marketing Representative, also known as a Marketing Concierge, is responsible for direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into resorts. This role involves providing concierge-like service, incentivizing and scheduling guests for member services updates and workshops, and partnering with resort staff to identify arriving guests. Requirements

Maintain production standards
Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Nice To Haves

1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred
College Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts
Provide concierge-like service to all guests
Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update
Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift
