The Marketing & Community Engagement Manager functions as the strategic storyteller, brand steward, and primary visibility architect for DoubleTree by Hilton Battle Creek. This role operates at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, and community leadership, with a direct mandate to enhance the property's public image, drive engagement, and foster strong local partnerships. The individual will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing multi-platform marketing initiatives that not only adhere to Hilton's global brand standards but also distinguish the Battle Creek location as a premier hotel, event venue, and community hub in the region. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative visionary, project manager, and hospitality ambassador—someone capable of marrying metrics-driven marketing strategies with the authenticity of local engagement. This role involves comprehensive oversight of all media and communications efforts related to the hotel’s core areas: guest rooms, meeting spaces, culinary offerings, and event facilities.
