About The Position

The Marketing Communication Specialist at Bray International is responsible for enhancing the visibility and engagement of the company's independent brands through the development and execution of marketing strategies. This role involves managing events, producing high-quality marketing collateral, and collaborating with various stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Strong communication skills and experience in a B2B marketing environment are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and edit persuasive and tailored content for various audiences.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement marketing strategies that align with corporate goals and brand messaging.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on brand guidelines.
  • Foster brand awareness and business growth in both recruiting and revenue generation efforts.
  • Create engaging content for the website, presentations, social media, and office decor.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates Bray's mission and impact.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create local customer success stories and sales wins, promoting services through printed and video collateral.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Work with internal teams to upload new content, including program updates and success stories.
  • Conceptualize and execute events aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, catering, and AV needs, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Provide marketing support for Bray's offices across North America, including collateral creation, presentations, and digital content.
