About The Position

E3 is looking for a Marketing Communications & Public Relations Assistant to work alongside the Marketing Manager. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to develop your marketing skillset. Your primary responsibilities will require a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational thinking.

Requirements

• Student majoring in Marketing, Public Relations or a similar major.
• Ability to learn and use new marketing tools and software.
• Work well directly with different divisions.
• Prioritize and handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Build solid relationships with a wide range of internal teams.
• Ability and flexibility to quickly learn new software tools and skills.

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of Smartsheet, WordPress, Cision, PR Newswire, MS Office, Power BI, LinkedIn Admin, Rebrandly, Sharepoint, and Active Campaign.

• General marketing communications support associated with lead generation including email campaigns, email campaign reporting, website updates, material updates, and marketing process improvements.
