About The Position

Chubb is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager for its North America Financial Lines and Property divisions. This role is responsible for managing the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a creative communicator and project manager, capable of handling multiple projects while crafting engaging B2B marketing content across various platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing or communication role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with communications software and platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MS Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B marketing and advertising agency settings.
  • A solid foundation in commercial insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day communications and marketing strategies for the business, including agent/broker communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Developing collateral, thought leadership, and internal employee communication in coordination with the marketing communications team.
  • Driving marketing strategy and managing omnichannel sales/marketing campaigns targeting distribution partners and accounts.
  • Measuring, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, sharing results with stakeholders.
  • Synthesizing complex financial and insurance materials to create persuasive content for various audiences.
  • Managing the development and distribution of invitation/registration systems for key events.
  • Providing support at events, both virtual and on-site, as needed.
  • Collaborating with outside advertising agencies and independent marketing communications contractors.
  • Executing paid media campaigns for B2B, including strategies for LinkedIn.
  • Managing email marketing initiatives through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign development for promotions and internal communications.
  • Writing and editing marketing messaging and promotional content across digital channels.
  • Participating in social media engagement and contributing to strategy and content creation for social media channels.
