About The Position

Provide support to TUV Rheinland's growth targets and efforts to increase the customer base. Improve the sales force effectiveness and increase market communication and brand awareness by strengthening Marketing & Communication (M&C) activities for TÜV Rheinland in North- and South-America (Americas). The Business Stream strategies define focus topics and requirements for M&C support needed.

Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop and/or other similar publishing software required.
• Experience with CRM systems a plus.
• Ability to travel.

• Experience in product testing and certification industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine and initiate Business Stream Products marketing and communication activities including handling of regional and global campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies and programs including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation and marketing plans for the Americas.
• Work with BSP Marketing colleagues from other regions to support Marketing Communication initiatives of BS Products.
• Support regional marketing team with daily marketing operational activities including campaign project management and customer service issues.
• Define and provide context and requirements for the regional marketing team and allocate the predefined budget.
• Evaluate marketing KPIs for defined target market segment/target group.
• Define buyer persona(s) and customer journey for various target groups.
• Follow trend and product scouting including market analyses and developments.
• Organize and execute marketing lead generation programs utilizing CRM infrastructure.
• Create plans and targets for each marketing program and maintain schedules.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams and business fields, assist in developing sales tools.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for marketing communications.
• Support internal and external communications activities including public relations.
• Oversee execution of industry events and exhibits, seminars, webinars and other events.
• Update and improve online presence, websites, social media strategy and other online marketing efforts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
