The Marketing & Communications Associate supports the company’s marketing and branding initiatives through campaign management, client communications, and promotional strategy. You’ll help design and implement marketing plans that increase awareness, engagement, and overall business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 0–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development (we provide paid training).
• Strong understanding or interest in marketing fundamentals: product positioning, promotions, market research, and brand strategy.
• Self-starter with the ability to set priorities, solve problems, and stay organized under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience collaborating with agency or client partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of marketing plans, including campaign strategy, brand positioning, and promotional execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, HR, and management teams to identify strategic business opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and client success.
• Provide product and service support to ensure strong customer relationships and consistent communication.
• Participate in branding efforts, advertising campaigns, trade shows, and company events.
• Work closely with leadership on projects involving media relations, communications, and storytelling.
