Position Overview The Marketing Communications Assistant supports the planning and execution of live promotional and fundraising events. This is a client-facing, event-based role ideal for someone energetic, organized, and comfortable working with the public.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing promotional events
• Represent clients at live fundraising campaigns
• Engage attendees and communicate campaign goals
• Support donation tracking and donor follow-up
• Help create marketing materials and social content
• Provide on-site event coordination and administrative support
