About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to drive in-person client engagement and increase brand awareness through direct, face-to-face interactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting to audiences, and representing a brand at live events and activations.
As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you will be the on-site voice of our clients, connecting with consumers, delivering presentations, and supporting marketing campaigns in the field. Your efforts will help grow brand recognition and foster long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for marketing campaigns, especially in new markets where client services are being introduced.
• Conduct consumer presentations and demonstrations to showcase key services and benefits, aiming to increase market share.
• Drive brand awareness and strengthen client strategy through direct, face-to-face marketing impact.
• Track campaign results on a daily and weekly basis, consulting with the Sales & Marketing Director to optimize performance.
• Demonstrate accountability and drive results as a trusted on-site brand expert.
• Proactively identify and create sales opportunities through personal engagement.
• Implement tactical marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Specialist and Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers during live events.
• Collect and manage consumer data gathered from in-person interactions.
